Abstract:
Among the spiritual needs and human desires is the desire for vitality and happiness. In general, vitality can be defined at different levels. The visual quality must be such that it has a favorable effect on the human psyche. The theme of creativity and creative industries not only affects the surrounding collections, but also becomes a factor in the enthusiastic presence of the people. Among the most valuable of these streets and historical centers in Tehran will be Oudlajan Street, which unfortunately has become the patronage of the weak and destitute class, which requires a unified policy and a coherent plan to restore the street's vitality and former appearance. The purpose of this article is to investigate the characteristics of the lively environment in the creative city are based on the visual quality approach. The statistical population is ۳۸۲ residents of this place who were randomly selected. The current type of study is practical and descriptive-analytical in terms of the method, based on a questionnaire. The questions of the questionnaire were selected using the Delphi method and the information obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed using statistical tests in SPSS software. From the point of view of the citizens, what effect can it have on the vitality of Baft residents? The results of the research indicate that the characteristics of the lively city in the urban environment in both the old and new contexts of the study do not have a suitable visual quality.
