Urban conflict facilities in subway tunnel construction projects

The subway and tunnel construction process always faces risks, The challenges of tunnel construction include many factors, but in general, financial problems, geological conditions, and the lack of clarity of buried urban facilities are key factors in increasing the cost and time of tunnels. As we know, the advanced rail transport industry is one of the indicators of countries' development, and the progress of this industry requires conducting studies, researches and achieving practical achievements of research and development. In the meantime, the method of confronting the metro with urban facilities and opponents of the construction of the metro is less considered and is done on a case-by-case basis. Most of this exposure coincides with the construction of the first subways around the world. In this research, by compiling a questionnaire and interviewing technical professors in this field, we have examined the process of encountering and the prerequisites required for the construction of the subway, and we are trying to improve this process. The results of receiving questionnaires and interviews with officials and experts of service companies that overlap with the metro (As the trustee of the construction of the most tunnels around the world) show the need to formulate guidelines in this field as well as the latest standards of service companies (water, sewage, electricity telecommunications, gas, etc.) that are in accordance with the latest requirements of the construction of the metro .
