This study investigates the shift towards digital leadership in the aviation industry, with a focus on Mahan Airlines.Traditionally reliant on hierarchical management, the sector is transitioning to a dynamic, data-driven approach. The paperexamines Mahan Airlines' evolution from conventional to digital leadership, emphasizing data-driven decision-making anddigital integration in management and customer relations. Objectives include analyzing the airline's digital leadershiptransition, assessing the integration of digital tools, and identifying effective strategies for aviation leadership. The impact ofthese leadership styles on organizational performance is also explored.
