Abstract:
The World Trade Organization is an international organization that regulatesglobal trade rules and resolves disputes between members. The efforts of theUnited Nations over the years led to the formation of the "Regulations ofInternational Trade", which are the general principles enshrined in the GATT. Oneof the aforementioned principles is the principle of fair trade. Unfair trade practicesmay be formed with the intervention of the government, which is one of the typesof unfair trade practices of dumping or competitive cheap selling of goods in theinternational arena, which is one of the examples of unhealthy and illegitimatecompetition in the trade arena. The field of countries and one of the favorite topics.Although the government may not have a role in determining the price of exportgoods and the resulting dumping, and the commercial enterprises themselves enterthe market at a price lower than the usual price to capture the market of theircompetitors, but they do so indirectly. . can enact a law to prevent unfair practice.Considering the above contents and also considering the globalization of trade andthe expansion of free competition, the importance and necessity of examining theissue of dumping and anti-dumping regulations is revealed. This article is an effortthat first examines the regulations governing the International Trade Organizationand then tries to prevent and spread this illegitimate practice at the internationallevel by presenting suggestions.
