Abstract:

E-commerce or the factor of economic and commercial renaissance is the phenomenon of the new century. Therefore, the need to pay attention to this issue has prompted the researcher to address this issue in the form of electronic commerce and its legal enforcement obstacles in Iran. It should be remembered that Iran's e-commerce law was approved by the Islamic Council in ۲۰۰۲. Despite all these circumstances, the researcher's effort has been to present a summary of what has been discussed by these professors by referring to internet sources and searching in the articles of Iranian and foreign professors and referring to the publications of the country. Descriptive research method is an analysis that the materials are collected using library studies. In the first section, an introduction related to e-business and its definition, the economic justification of its establishment in Iran, the approach of the Islamic Republic and the e-commerce policy of Iran for the future are given. The results showed that the emergence of new information and communication technologies, such as telecommunication technologies, enables companies, individuals and organizations to engage in business and electronic commerce. These organizations provide opportunities to obtain resources and skills that cannot be achieved by the people of that organization alone through sources outside the organization, and by definition, it is the electronic conduct of business that provides many opportunities and advantages. It is available to companies, governments, and consumers.
