The measurement tool in this research was the disturbance tolerance questionnaire in Simon and Gaher (۲۰۰۵) and the anxiety sensitivity questionnaire of Floyd et al. (۲۰۰۵). which was examined in three groups before the group intervention and at the end of the ۱۰th session. The first test group was exposed to Islamic spiritual therapy, and the second test group was exposed to cognitive-behavioral therapy based on immunization training. received SIT and the control group did not receive any psychological treatment. Covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: The results of multivariate covariance analysis showed that the spirituality of Islamic therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy based on on stress immunity training (SIT), both on disturbance tolerance and anxiety sensitivity, have significant effectiveness compared to the control group. Findings: But the spiritual method of Islamic therapy compared to the group of cognitive-behavioral therapy based on education. Immunization is more effective in tolerance of disturbance (F=۴۴۵/۹۴۰) and anxiety sensitivity (F=۶۵/۵۰۲) (۰۱ /۰ ≤ P). Conclusion: It seems that the intervention of the spirituality of Islamic therapy with cognitive behavioral therapy based on immunization against stress, despite the emphasis on irrational thoughts, replacing them with cognitions Being efficient and equipping the patient with a complete treasure of skills, without providing meaning in life, is less effective than multidimensional spiritual therapy in reducing negative thoughts, But in terms of influencing psycho-physiological harmony, it is equal to spiritual therapy due to the stimulation of the vagus nerve.
