Abstract:
Primary hyperparathyroidism, commonly caused by benign parathyroid adenomas, presents withvarious clinical manifestations including chronic fatigue, bone pain, and complications such asosteoporosis and kidney stones. parathyroidectomy is the most common treatment and it oftencures the condition. Spontaneous rupture and extracapsular hemorrhage from parathyroidadenomas are rare but serious complications that can lead to diverse symptoms. This reportdiscusses a case of spontaneous neck hemorrhage resulting from the rupture of a parathyroidadenoma, highlighting the diagnostic challenges and clinical implications.
