Abstract:

The ability of DNA as a functional component in the creation of biohybrid materials has revolutionizedthe material’s world because to developments in DNA synthesis. DNA Hydrogel as a part of DNAnanotechnology could be synthesized in different forms such as dendritic DNA assembled hydrogel andultralong linear DNA intertwined hydrogel. One of great feature of DNA hydrogels is the responsivity toenvironmental changes, such as pH-responsive, photo-responsive, and temperature-responsive DNAHydrogels. Consequently, these materials could provide therapeutic application (immunotherapy, antisensetherapy, and chemotherapy) biosensing (DNA detection, metal, etc.), Cell-free protein synthesis and otherapplication. Subsequently, DNA hydrogels have the potential to enhance customized healthcare andrevolutionize medicine with continued study and cooperative efforts.
