Abstract:
The gas export unit is a set of gas turbines which plays important and vital role inproduction of a gas re nery. A more exact estimate of the equipment (specially gas turbines)reliability helps managers to design the purposive maintenance planning. In this paper, somerepresentations based on the concept of the minimal repair are given for the reliability functionof the equipment. Reliability of the equipment is estimated based on the Quadratic and PowerLaw regression models as a non-parametric approach. Also, reliability of a system(gas exportunit) is explored under two standby components(turbines) based on the presented models.Real practical examples are given to illustrate the proposed models.
