Abstract:

Contagious disease or infectious disease or contagious disease is an infectious disease in which the pathogen is physically transmitted from a patient to a healthy person. The importance of this category of diseases is that they can cause an epidemic; Bacteria and viruses can be mentioned among its factors. The borderless corona virus has affected the economic conditions, the increase and decrease in the price of goods and commercial goods, the relations between countries and their governments, the opinions of experts and economists around the world, and the export and import of these countries in various fields. The spread of the corona virus in Iran has and will have a great impact on the domestic economy. According to economic experts in Iran, the story is a bit more complicated; On the supply side, the economy is facing downward pressure. With the disruption of international trade and even domestic transportation, the value chain of a wide range of products is disrupted and the production capacity of units decreases due to the lack of access to inputs. In some cases, consumption of goods is associated with damage to the consumer. This damage may be caused by the failure of the manufacturer's knowledge of the factors that cause damage and its burden. If this defect is widespread and not due to the manufacturer's negligence or fault, it has been accepted as a reason for civil liability in some countries. The subject rights of Iran have not been discussed in this discussion; However, by examining the legal principles and rules and the necessary conditions in creating civil responsibility, it is possible to consider the deficiency of human science as a remedy for civil responsibility. There are numerous and at the same time ambiguous legal documents to prove the principle of the government's obligation to communicable diseases in domestic and international laws and regulations, which should be examined by relying on them and legal and sometimes philosophical foundations. This research is applied and descriptive, and the method of collecting information is library.
