Abstract:

This research was conducted by investigating the relationship between feeling of security, rejection schema and self-disclosure with social trust in Tehran secondary school students. The statistical population of this research included ۷۲۹ students. The sample size was considered to be ۲۵۰ students based on Morgan's table. The sampling method was clusterrandoming. To collect information, Safarinia's social trust questionnaires (۲۰۰۹), Sahabi's sense of security (۲۰۰۹), Yang's primary maladaptive schema (۱۹۹۸), Snell's self-disclosure (۱۹۸۹) were used. The findings were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient regression analysis. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between self-disclosure and sense of security with social trust. There is a negative and significant relationship between rejection schema and social trust. Based on the multiple relationship, the sense of security, self-disclosure and rejection schema respectively had the greatest role in explaining social trust.
