Abstract:
Today, knowledge is one of the most fundamental factors for achieving organizational goals. Moreover, work on knowledge management has mainly focused on the benefits of efficiency for military organizations, with most research conducted in commercial organizations. Accordingly, the main objective of this research was to determine the Impact of knowledge storage, knowledge generation, and knowledge dissemination through the mediating variable of knowledge application on the innovation of the Air Defense Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method employed was descriptive-analytical, using a correlational approach among ۱۰۸ employees of the Air Defense Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran using a researcher-made questionnaire. The findings indicated that the Air Defense Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran have utilized minimal knowledge utilization and transfer within their organization, which in practice has revealed some challenges in assessing knowledge within that military. However, empirical studies in this field suggest that more than knowledge management is needed in the development of educational centers and institutions. Ultimately, based on the results obtained, knowledge management approaches (knowledge storage, knowledge generation, and knowledge dissemination) impact the innovation of the Air Defense Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran through the mediating variable of knowledge application.
