Phosphatidylcholine: A green catalyst for one-pot synthesis of pyrido[۲,۳-d:۵,۶-d’]-dipyrimidines

In the present study, a green one-pot synthesis of pyrido[۲,۳-d:۵,۶-d’]dipyrimidines is reported, usingbiocompatible phosphatidylcholine. This method boasts broad compatibility, rapid reaction times (۲۰-۴۵ min),excellent yields (up to ۹۷%), simplified product isolation, green solvent utilization, and catalyst reusability (۴times) with minimal activity loss.
