Abstract:
Now days thinkers and Politicians envision new roles for human resource management, one of the most important one is "competency-basing" in all functions of human resource management from planning and selection as input processes to the development and maintenance and output processes of human resources. Ambiguity surrounding the concept of competency, as one of the basic concepts in human resource raised by many scholars. This article tries to examine the competency-based Human resourses management through information technology and Reduce the ambiguity in the meaning of competence in human resource management. The method we use in this article investigate the human resources management based on competence to observe the presence of competent people and human resources in different positions. for collecting Information and data from library studies and questionnaires have been used as research tools. The results indicate that if the employee competency model is used as a strategic factor On a broad level, we can expect an improvement in the performance of the organization. The abstract concludes by emphasizing the potential of IT to enhance competency-based Human resource management، ultimately leading to a more skilled, adaptable, and competitive workforce.
