Abstract:
In this study when the thickness of the silver (Ag) layer in the TiO۲/Ag/TiO۲ structure reaches ۱۵nanometers, the structure exhibits the highest figure of merit (FTC). In this case, the surface resistance of thestructure is ۱۲.۴ ohms and its transparency is ۹۷ percent. The ۱۵ nanometer thickness of the Ag layerprovides an optimal combination of transparency and conductivity. This thickness results in the lowestsurface resistance and the highest conductivity. As a result, the structure with this Ag layer thickness has thehighest figure of merit, indicating improved performance and efficiency. Additionally, with this thickness,the structure maintains a high transparency level of ۹۷ percent, which is of significant importance for certainapplications
