Providing An Integrated Management Model Of Social Services In The Field Of Social Harm

Social harms are more or less found in all societies, and the only difference is in their intensity, weakness and amount. For example, suicide exists in all societies, but in some societies it is high and significant, and in others it is rare and rare. Divorce, armed robbery, pickpocketing, rape, addiction and other harms or social deviations can be seen in all societies. The point is that in societies like our country, some of these damages have been increasing and significant, on the one hand, it has caused concern to the society. The present study was conducted with a qualitative method of semi-structured interviews and interviews with ۳۰ managers. Findings showed that by taking advantage of the management capabilities and resources available in the governmental and non-governmental sectors, as well as creating the necessary legal frameworks, it is possible to manage and organize the management of social services in the field of social harms in a way that makes it more effective. The desired goals are related to the prevention, control and reduction of social damages.
