Abstract:

Educational spaces are very important as environments that are built for learning and training people. These spaces should not only provide the necessary facilities and equipment for learning, but also should respond to the individual and social needs of people and provide a suitable environment and a model for individual growth and development. But in the past, in the design and construction of these spaces, usually less attention has been paid to environmental factors and their sustainability. Educational spaces are often faced with high energy consumption, air pollution density, inappropriate lighting and most of all, unfavorable indoor air quality. These issues can have a direct impact on the health and well-being of users of educational spaces and affect educational performance. With the expansion of attention to environmental and sustainability issues, the concept of "green architecture" has been proposed as a new approach in the design of living and working spaces. Green architecture improves environmental quality and creates optimal spaces using sustainable and inexpensive methods and techniques. The main goal of green architecture in educational spaces is to create healthy, sustainable and inspiring environments for learning and personal development. In this article, we examine the role of green architecture in educational spaces. Our goal in this research is to investigate the positive effects of green architecture on improving the quality of the educational environment, improving the learning process, and increasing the well-being and health of the users of these spaces. Also, in this article, we examine different approaches of green architecture in educational spaces, including designing sustainable ventilation and refrigeration systems, optimizing energy consumption, using renewable resources, and improving indoor air quality. For this purpose, in this article we will also use the case study method. By studying real and experimental cases, we will examine the results and effectiveness of green architecture in educational spaces and understand and analyze the results. Educational spaces are very important as environments that are built for learning and training people. But in the past, in the design and construction of these spaces, usually less attention has been paid to environmental factors and their sustainability. With the expansion of attention to environmental and sustainability issues, the concept of "green architecture" has been proposed as a new approach in the design of living and working spaces.
