Abstract:
Due to the increasing use of information technology in organizations, its use for knowledge management is alsoincreasing. What is important in information technology is "information-oriented thinking" or thinking that consistsof a set of useful and reliable information. In other words, what produces information is the mind of a wise man, nota tool. Information technology has contributed the most to knowledge management, so that information technologylies behind all knowledge management activities. But information technology is not the only component of knowledgemanagement, but components such as the transformation of the organizational structure and the decision-makingprocess, etc. are also considered as other components of knowledge management. The academic year was ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۲.To determine the sample size, ۱۱۸ teachers were selected using the random cluster sampling method and wereevaluated through Patterson's organizational performance questionnaire, Sharon Lawson's knowledge managementand Mahmoudi's information and communication technology. In order to analyze the data at the level of descriptivestatistics, mean and standard deviation were used and at the level of inferential statistics, Pearson's correlationcoefficient significance test and simple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used accordingto the Baron-Kenney method. The results showed that knowledge management is Meaningfulness is able to predictinformation and communication technology; Knowledge management can significantly predict organizationalperformance.
