Abstract:
In this paper, state estimation problem is discussed for the Lipschitz fractional order systems that are nonlinear in states. A nonlinear resilient observer is designed and itsstability conditions based on fractional order Lyapunov technique are derived. The optimal gain among a solution setthat satisfies the observer stability conditions is derivedsystematically using linear matrix inequality approach. Numerical simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
