Social Responsibility of the Media and the Rights of War; Anapproach to Islamic Governance to Urban Resiliense

The social responsibility of media can reduce the social costs of conflicts. Warand crisis escalation, along with the expansion of human societies andresidential areas, and their concomitant of climate changes and consumptionpatterns are among these have reduced urban resilience and made themanagement of cities more difficult. But intellectual maturity of human, withdevelopment technology have increased capacity building in humans and theirresilience in facing environmental disturbances and adapting to naturalmechanisms.In Islamic management and its foundation people has a vital roleto its durability and longevity. Media as the most comprehensive and accessibletool, relying on the development journalism helps city managers and people tounderstand their right and draw up the preparations for a transcendental,resilient and sustainable city. This article deals with the destructive effects ofhostilities on the management of cities in a descriptive-analytical way byreviewing the news and information related to the Russo-Ukrainian war. Thefindings show that incidence of crisis at people and communities disrupts theexecutive process of city affairs and cause to diminution in resilience. What isnecessary is More governance of Islamic management , the loyalty of the mediato their social responsibility, development journalism theory, strengthening thedemands of the people, and accountability in the governance.
