Abstract:
simple and appropriate procedure for the synthesis of dihydroquinazolin derivatives via the Cu-catalyzedintramolecular C-H activation reaction from isocyanides and N, N′, N′′-trisubstituted guanidines, generatedby copper(II) oxide-catalyzed hydroamination of carbodiimides is reported.
