A Hybrid Fuzzy Model for Identifying critical factorstowards sustainable supply chain management

The purpose of this study is to identify and identify the critical success factors (CSFs) associatedwith reusable plastic packaging (RPP). A literature review and Fuzzy Delphi method input led tothe shortlisting of fourteen CSFs that were placed in ۴ categories of economic, social,environmental and technological. Then, by applying ۲۵۲ fuzzy rules in the fuzzy inference system,it was found that among the ۴ mentioned categories, "environmental" and "used technology"factors have the greatest impact on the sustainability of this industry. Also, according to theevaluation of the sub- CSFs, it was found that the indicators of "lean production support", "optimalinventory management" and "environmental impact reduction" have the greatest impact on thesustainability of plastic packaging manufacturing companies.
