Abstract:
Artificial Intelligence (AI), as a leading technology in recent decades, has had a significantimpact on many industries, including manufacturing. AI, with its analytical and processingcapabilities, enhances manufacturing processes and helps improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.AI is widely used in the automation of manufacturing processes.AI-equipped robots in production lines can perform assembly, welding, and packaging taskswith greater speed and precision than humans. These systems can handle repetitive andhazardous tasks efficiently and accurately. One of the most important applications of AI inmanufacturing is predictive maintenance. By using machine learning algorithms, AI systemscan identify abnormal patterns in equipment performance data and suggest necessary actionsbefore a failure occurs. This reduces unexpected downtime and extends the lifespan ofequipment. AI can play a crucial role in optimizing supply chains. By analyzing historical dataand predicting demand, AI helps manufacturers optimize the levels of raw materials andfinished products, reduce delivery times, and manage inventory costs. AI systems, utilizingimage , and deep learning techniques, can automatically inspect products for quality. Thesesystems can detect small and invisible defects that human inspectors might overlook, thusimproving the overall quality of products. AI systems can quickly adapt to changes in demandand market conditions. This flexibility allows manufacturers to respond promptly to customerneeds and maintain their competitive advantage.
