Abstract:

Project integration management includes the processes that are needed to ensure proper coordination of different project elements. This field of collective knowledge creates a balance between competitive goals and options needed to fulfill or exceed the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Therefore, in this research, the impact of integrity management on the performance of project management in construction projects is investigated. The statistical population consists of experts and managers of construction companies and construction contractors in the new city of Mehestan, and there are approximately ۱۰۰ people. The results obtained in this research indicate that the economic factors effective in the management of integration on the performance of project management in construction projects (including adequate and timely supply of budget, excessive savings in the use of financial and human resources, special equipment requirement and initial correct estimate of work amounts and volumes) And then the factors of sustainable development that are effective in the management of integration on the performance of project management in construction projects (unsuitable condition of the location, land and project base and the possibility of not paying attention to the geographical conditions of the region in estimating and predicting the duration of the project and the proximity and proximity to military and security and sensitive centers) And then the social factors affecting the integrity management on the performance of project management in construction projects (including design problems by efficient selection consultants, human resources and employing people who have insufficient or different experience and efficient evaluation of human resources, poor construction management from On the part of the contractors, lack of proper timing, lack of strict planning control and insufficient experience of the contractor) And finally, the effective technology factors in integration management on the performance of project management in construction projects (including changing the priority of the project from the point of view of the employer and making changes by the employer, lack of trust in the project managers and the non-conformity of the social and behavioral indicators of the project manager with the criteria accepted by the people of the region and the delay in the approval of agendas, plans and meeting minutes by the consultant and employer) have a more effective effect on the management of integration on the performance of project management in construction projects.
