Abstract:

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between abusive leadership and social loafing and Counterproductive Work Behavior. This research is of the type of applied research and in terms of the research method, it is part of descriptive-survey research. The statistical population of the research is ۱۸۶ employees of the National Oil Products Distribution Company of Sistan and Baluchistan province and ۱۲۵ people were selected as a sample with the help of Morgan's table and simple random sampling method. Data collection tools include Teper Abusive Supervisor Questionnaire (۲۰۰۰), Hoggard et al, Social loafing Questionnaire (۲۰۱۰) and Cherniakhai and Teziner's Counterproductive Work Behavior Questionnaire (۲۰۱۴). The collected data were analyzed using Spss ۲۱ statistical software and Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there is a direct and significant relationship between the abusive leadership and the social loafing of the employees of the National Oil Products Distribution Company of Sistan and Baluchistan province. Also, there is a direct and significant relationship between the abusive leadership and the Counterproductive Work Behavior of the employees of the National Oil Products Distribution Company of Sistan and Baluchistan province
