Abstract:
Steroids in lipids, phospho lipids, and terpenes,extract Lipids Plants and animals. The molecular structure of the system steroids is four ring that three of their cyclohexane and the last cyclopentan (five- carbon). The difference of steroid at oxidation rings and substituent that are attached to the rings. most steroidal drugs (SAIDs) are hormones. Hormones, which are chemical apostle secreted by the endocrine glands and blood flow to the body tissues are gruel. Two group of steroid hormones: one group; sex hormones that control puberty, tissue growth and reproduction are responsible, other group adrenocortical hormones that regulate many metabolic processes is considered. In addition Betamethasone and Clobetasol solutions is a steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (SAID) taken to reduce inflammation and reducing pain in certain conditions.We have studied the interaction of Betamethasone and Clobetasol solutions on multi carbon nanotube.After investigated comparative study and assigned to either Betamethasone or Clobetasol adsorption isotherms. The adsorption equilibrium isotherms were fitted by Freundlich, Langmuir, and Temkin models. It was found that the Langmuir model described the adsorption process better than other two isotherm models The amount of SAIDs (Betamethasone, Clobetasol) adsorbed on carbon nanotube surface increased with the increase of th e initial SAIDs concentration. The results show that Clobetasol has most amount adsorption rate of Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs(.
