Abstract:
This study investigates the effectiveness of information security systems and their impact on organizational performance. By analyzing data from three independent organizations-a commercial enterprise and a car parts manufacturer-the research evaluates the role of human, physical, and technical factors in enhancing information security. The study employs a structured methodology, including surveys of ۱۸۵ employees, purposive sampling, and statistical analysis using SPSS. Findings reveal that ۷۹.۸% of users identified the implementation of information security systems as critical in preventing unauthorized access, ensuring data integrity, and improving system performance. Additionally, the research highlights gaps in user awareness, with only ۶۰% of employees familiar with basic data protection methods. Shared system usage was identified as a significant factor influencing data security, with collaborative systems exhibiting higher risks. The ranking of threats shows that user awareness is the most influential factor, followed by human, physical, and technical security aspects. The study underscores the importance of holistic approaches combining user training, robust technological measures, and organizational policy improvements to optimize information security and operational efficiency.
