Conversational Artificial Intelligence for Simplifying Application Deployment in a Virtual Server: A Review Study abstract

Deployment and management of applications in virtual servers is a complex and time-consuming process requiring in-depth technical knowledge and significant resource expenditure; therefore, the use of conversational chatbots has been gaining attention as an innovative approach to simplify and optimize this process. This article examines the challenges associated with application deployment in cloud environments, describes the key role of chatbots in facilitating this process, and assesses different approaches such as ontology modeling and goal-oriented methods as effective tools for optimization. Furthermore, natural language processing techniques and data augmentation methods are explored to address the challenge of data scarcity and to improve chatbots' understanding of user inputs. Additionally, by reviewing successful case studies such as the use of ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, the impact of artificial intelligence on improving user experience and reducing costs in software deployment is examined. This review also analyzes how complex deployment requests can be transformed into interactive and simple processes using chatbots. In the following, the synergistic capabilities of artificial intelligence in conversational systems, including workflow management, system status monitoring, and providing optimal solutions for resolving potential issues, are examined. Moreover, by reviewing the tools and technologies used, a clear path for improving the efficiency of information technology operations through artificial intelligence is presented. Finally, by assessing the challenges and opportunities ahead, a roadmap for using artificial intelligence to facilitate application deployment in virtual servers and improve the system deployment process is outlined.
