Abstract:
AI-based governance in today's world is seen as a necessity to improve government decision-making processes. However, the application of these technologies in governance must adhere to ethical and human principles. This paper focuses on designing intelligent decision-making algorithms inspired by the principles of social justice and human dignity in AI-based governance, with a comparative study of these values with those of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The aim of this research is to develop models that employ intelligent algorithms to promote social justice, enhance governmental transparency, and strengthen human dignity. Additionally, the ethical challenges and opportunities associated with these models in the context of Islamic governance are analyzed. The results of this study suggest that the design of intelligent algorithms should be based on Islamic principles such as fairness, transparency, and human rights to prevent the risks of discrimination and inequality, and to contribute to achieving the objectives of Islamic governance. Finally, the paper proposes recommendations for implementing these algorithms in governance systems and explores the importance of designing AI within the framework of religious and ethical values.
