This study investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI) systems in identifying and bridging knowledge gaps within organizations. Knowledge gaps, often regarded as barriers to organizational productivity and performance, can be effectively reduced through the adoption of AI technologies. As data continues to grow exponentially and business environments become increasingly complex, the necessity of leveraging AI for knowledge management has become more apparent. This research utilizes a document analysis method to examine existing models and findings on the synergy between AI and knowledge management. The results indicate that AI can identify knowledge gaps by analyzing data, uncovering hidden patterns, and providing precise solutions. Additionally, through the use of advanced algorithms, AI enhances knowledge management processes, enabling organizations to address deficiencies more effectively. The study also delves into the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing AI systems, emphasizing their potential to transform knowledge management practices. Overall, this research underscores the critical role of AI in overcoming knowledge-related barriers and fostering organizational growth.
