Abstract:
A field of risk management is for the organization to obtain the necessary elements to be prepared for a crisis situation. Thus studying the relation between crisis learning and organizations leads us to the fact that crisis-prone organization catastrophes lays inside the cultural pattern of their community. So we seek that what can overcome a stubborn person that has cultural and behavioral deviation in the organization. We believe that by utilizing Emotional intelligence to change the content and way of thinking of personals and making them self-awareness and also using Professional Ethics to give direction to this content to make constant changes through chaos theory we can make the organization actively adapt to crisis changes in its environment and eventually transcendence to a learning organization that can overcome diverse crisis situations.
