Abstract:
Technological advancements in the digital age have fundamentally transformed school management. The use of digital tools in education and school administration brings opportunities such as improving learning quality, enhancing management processes, boosting educational interactions, and facilitating communication. On the other hand, these advancements also present challenges such as maintaining student privacy, digital inequality, the adoption of technology by teachers, and ethical and social issues. This study examines emerging trends in digital educational management, successful global models, and proposed strategies for optimal use of technology. The results indicate that investment in digital infrastructure, teacher empowerment, developing data security regulations, and combining traditional and digital methods can improve school management performance in the digital age.
