Abstract:
Objective: This study aims to determine the understanding and interpretation of the theoretical foundations, application of theories that have been used in the field of knowledge management in predicting the knowledge sharing behavior of organizational users and aims to show, by analyzing the foundations of these theories, what role these theories play in the knowledge sharing behavior of organizational users. Methods: The method of this research is a systematic review or meta-analysis and the data were extracted from information sources based on the content analysis method. The data collection method is a virtual library and the data collection tool is search strategies (keywords) on the web and information databases. The statistical population of this study includes ۱۳ research articles in quantitative and qualitative methods that have been entered into meta-analysis in national and international databases in relation to knowledge sharing behavior based on three theories of planned behavior, social exchange and organizational climate theory in the period ۲۰۰۰-۲۰۲۴. Findings: The results showed that the theory of planned behavior from the field of psychology plays a role in the foundation of relationships and mediation of structures in the emergence of knowledge sharing behavior of users of organizations. The theory of social exchange from the field of sociology and the theory of organizational climate from the field of management both have a motivational role in the behavior of users of knowledge sharing. None of these theories alone can measure the actual behavior of an individual towards knowledge sharing. Because they have few structures or lack motivational stimuli. And to complete the actual behavior of an individual, they need other theories and factors. Conclusion: The theory of planned behavior, social exchange and organizational climate in the knowledge sharing of users have the role of relationship and motivation in the realization
