Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence has considerable potential to reduce labor time and costs, automate processes, improve quality and optimize designs. AI has shown special usage in the management as well as the help everyone in different kinds of processes. This has led to a change in the composition of the workforce within business organizations and this will add a new burden on human resources management as a result of the demand for gender equality. It is urged that the applications of artificial intelligence is an essential approach for organizations that work in new era. This study proposes a conceptual framework of artificial intelligence (AI) technology applications and trends for human resource management (HRM). Based on the theory of the six basic dimensions of human resource management, which includes human resource strategy and planning, recruitment, training and development process, performance management, salary evaluation, and the employee relationship management, is combining with its potential corresponding AI technology application. This AIHRM conceptual model provides suggestions and directions for the development of AI in enterprise human resource management. Finally, the practical implication and future study are supplemented. This review research presents the analyzes of selected management theories on decision-making, knowledge management, customer service, human resource management and administrative tasks too and explains what may change after generative AI adoption. This review analyzes selected management theories in a new technological setting and also provides some information about the functions of generative AI that are useful in understanding and overcoming how new technology may change human resource management.
