Abstract:

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between Organizational Identification and Professional Commitment in Kurdistan Municipal organizations Staff. The purpose of the research, applied, in terms of data collection, survey research and based on data analysis is correlation. The population consisted of all Kurdistan Municipal organizations Staff. With Stratified random sampling among ۱۹۴ questionnaires were distributed. For data analysis, structural equation modeling with LISREL software was used. Cronbach's alpha above all the variables %۷ and it was also normal data were reported. The results indicate Organizational Identification not affected on Professional Commitment. Also Organizational Identification no significant with organizational Commitment. But the perception of the organizational support on Organizational Identification, the person image of the organization on Organizational Identification and organizational Commitment with Professional Commitment staff has had a significant.
