Abstract:
Iran's economy, caught between sanctions and abundant knowledge resources, still faces a stubborn creation-to-value gap. To bridge this divide, the present study proposes the Smart Knowledge-Resilience Model (SKRM): a four-layer, inverted-pyramid framework that integrates AI-driven tacit-knowledge extraction, blockchain-based trust, green intellectual capital, and a sensing-seizing-reconfiguring capability loop. Three embedded micro-mechanisms—the AI-meaning synergy loop, symbolic on-chain trust, and the green compensation effect—demonstrate how human, structural, and relational capital can be converted into lasting competitive advantage. Theoretical value lies in simultaneously linking knowledge, innovation, and resilience through a sustainability lens; practical value lies in designing a national Smart-Knowledge Maturity standard, a Green Knowledge Bank, and a Knowledge-Resilience Readiness index to guide a staged transition toward a low-carbon, shock-resistant economy.
