Abstract:
This paper discovers an adaptive observer-based distributed fault estimation observer (DFEO) for multi-agent nonlinear time-delay processes under a directed communication topology. The fault estimation observer is designed for each agent based on their relative output estimation blunder. The design is represented with Linear Matrix Inequalities (LMIs) to establish a systematic design procedure. The paper focuses on investigating the effect of faulty agents on fault detection criteria on healthy agents and demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed design techniques.
