Abstract:
Artificial intelligence is improving the accuracy, safety, and personalization of interventions in cardiovascular care, transforming the field. As these technologies continue to evolve, they are reshaping clinical workflows and improving patient outcomes across the spectrum of care and building on this momentum. This paper explores the integration of AI-powered simulation in cardiovascular interventions, highlighting its role in surgical planning, diagnosis, and decision-making. By leveraging machine learning algorithms, advanced imaging technologies, and real-time data analysis, AI-based simulations enable clinicians to model patient-specific anatomies, predict outcomes, and tailor treatment strategies. Key components of AI simulation—such as computational modeling, clinical decision support systems, and dynamic visualization—are discussed in detail. Practical applications, including preoperative planning, risk assessment, and intraoperative guidance, demonstrate substantial improvements in procedural accuracy and patient outcomes. Despite technical and training challenges, recent advances from ۲۰۲۳ until now showcase the growing maturity and clinical relevance of this technology. Case studies and industry collaborations illustrate the effectiveness of AI in personalizing care, minimizing complications, and enhancing healthcare efficiency. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need for continued investment in infrastructure, education, and ethical frameworks to realize the transformative potential of AI in cardiovascular medicine fully realize the transformative potential of AI in cardiovascular medicine.
