A Review On The Importance Role Of Psychological And Job Counselors And Managers In Schools And Skill Training Centers In New Era

School counselling is a program that is complementary to the education process and is seen as a support service for the skill training centers. Counselors managed their roles by working extra hours, functioning with a sense of urgency, and altering their counseling styles to be more time efficient. Lack of clarity about roles and responsibilities of counselors has resulted in role diffusion of them. This paper discussed literature on the definitions of guidance and psychological and job counselling, reasons and importance of school guidance and counselling, history of guidance and counselling, Education for Sustainable Development and Accessibility, convenience and efficiency were highlighted as significant benefits of E-counseling in new era. The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of School managers and psychological and job counselors for Sustainable Development of Education. Results of the study suggest that while e-counseling should not be construed as a substitute for traditional, face-to-face counseling and psychotherapy, particularly in respect of more severe psychological challenges, it can be a useful adjunct to traditional modes of practice. Findings of this research may be used to advocate for aligning school counselors’ duties and responsibilities with the training and education they receive, which may enable job counselors to be more satisfied in their jobs. Recommendations of this study to psychological and job counselors included stay focused on students, plan your day, manage time efficiently, be prepared for differing events, review situational case studies related to counselor roles, use technology and research school districts where seeking employment.
