Abstract:
Remote working has transformed traditional workplace dynamics, and new methods are required to facilitate work-life balance. Best practices for organizational improvement of productivity and satisfaction in remote working arrangements are the topic of this paper. Based on a review of the literature and empirical studies, it identifies the most significant factors affecting work-life balance and offers practical recommendations to HR practitioners. Studies have shown that companies that focus on flexible work practices, promote mental health services, and have effective communication habits are in a position to significantly contribute to employee satisfaction and productivity, leading to sustainable organizational performance.
