Abstract:
The emergence of artificial intelligence technologies has led to profound transformations in the field of management, especially within cultural centers such as museums, libraries, cultural centers, galleries, and socio-cultural institutions. With the introduction of AI, cultural management has entered a new phase of efficiency, precision, and audience-centeredness. This article aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence in transforming the management of cultural centers by first reviewing the theoretical framework of cultural management and the fundamental concepts of AI; it then examines the applications of this technology in managing cultural data, enhancing visitor experiences, preserving cultural heritage, analyzing cultural behavior, and optimizing decision-making in cultural institutions. International cases, including the Louvre Museum (France), Boston Public Library, the British Museum, and UNESCO projects, are also introduced. Ethical, economic, and social challenges arising from the use of AI are discussed. Finally, practical recommendations for cultural institutions in Iran are presented.
