Abstract:
The seafood processing industry faces unprecedented challenges in the digital era, requiring sophisticated industrial marketing strategies to maintain competitive advantage in business-to-business (B۲B) markets. This paper examines the intersection of digital transformation and industrial marketing within seafood processing, focusing on supply chain integration, technological adoption, and strategic relationship management. Through analysis of current market trends, technological innovations, and case studies, this research demonstrates how seafood processors can leverage digital tools to enhance their industrial marketing effectiveness. The findings reveal that successful digital transformation requires comprehensive integration of traceability systems, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics capabilities. Furthermore, the study highlights the critical role of relationship marketing in B۲B seafood markets, where trust, transparency, and collaborative partnerships drive long-term success. This paper provides practical recommendations for seafood processors seeking to modernize their marketing approaches while maintaining the interpersonal relationships essential to industrial markets.
