The model of factors affecting the formation of the circular supply chain

Considering the reduction of resources and the increasing use of available resources by humans, finding a solution to preserve resources is one of the priorities. Substitution of circular supply chain method instead of linear and traditional methods is one of the ways to protect the environment. The goal of a circular supply chain is designed to minimize the use of raw materials and waste. Many companies are over-secured due to sustainability for their business and capital. The main purpose of this research is to design and compile a model of factors affecting the formation of the circular supply chain. For this purpose, the main and secondary dimensions, components and variables of the circular supply chain have been investigated. Research data has been collected through semi-structured interviews among ۱۴ experts in the field of supply chain and circular economy. The research method is qualitative and theme analysis type. The sampling method is snowball. Based on the obtained results, the factors affecting the formation of the cyclical supply chain are: economic factors including (business, suppliers, production and financial), social factors including (organizational, human, goods and services and social management) and environmental factors including (laws and regulations, green activity, logistics, transportation).
