Abstract:

Human resources in organizations are considered as the main asset and play a key role in determining their success and growth. Also, managing the organization's employees in the right way has a great impact on the organization. Organizational productivity is not only a measure of the organization's performance but also a fundamental goal for all organizations in every industry and field of activity. Productivity is one of those keywords that is heard a lot among employees and organizations these days, and of course, there are good reasons for it. Increasing productivity is the key to achieving goals. When productivity improves, individuals and businesses achieve greater success in both professional and personal fields. Ways to increase productivity in human resources are one of your main concerns as a manager or owner of a business with the aim of growing and improving the productivity of the organization. Because increasing the skills of your employees is similar to the growth of one of your family members. The goal of all managers is to build a strong and effective team. In a small business, nothing will be more important than its employees. Your employees’ satisfaction increases your productivity, which is exactly what you need to grow your business. Just by making small positive changes in your employees’ habits, you can see improvements in your office performance and productivity. This not only gets the job done in the shortest amount of time and with high quality, but it can also reduce the time spent on unnecessary tasks. The purpose of this article is to provide solutions to increase your workforce productivity.
