Prioritization of Uptime Model in Physical Asset Management by AHP Method (Case Study: Electricity Distribution Companies)

The safe supply of electricity and its quality distribution is the duty of electricity distribution companies. Due to the dispersion of the distribution network, electricity distribution companies face challenges such as: network wear and tear, different weather conditions, imbalanced human resources, and lack of financial resources. Therefore, cost management, risk reduction, and accurate asset performance require the establishment of a comprehensive system for maintaining physical assets. In this article, the priorities of the important components of the uptime model in physical asset management are discussed using the AHP method.
