Abstract:

In the digital age, digital transformation has become a necessity for the survival and growth of businesses. This article examines how long-term business strategies align with digital transformation initiatives. Using both qualitative and quantitative analyses, this research demonstrates that businesses need to establish alignment between their strategies and digital initiatives to maintain competitiveness and respond to digital challenges. The findings provide managers and decision-makers with appropriate patterns for integrating digital transformation into their long-term strategies. In today's fast-paced digital world, digital transformation is an inevitable necessity for the survival and advancement of businesses. This paper explores how long-term strategies align with digital transformation initiatives, using qualitative and quantitative analyses to show that organizations must create effective links between their strategic approaches and digital projects to remain competitive and respond to the challenges of digitalization. The research outcomes help managers and decision-makers establish efficient models for integrating digital transformation into long-term planning and, through this, strengthen their market position.
