Developing a Dynamic Strategy Map for Knowledge Teams

The knowledge team is a dynamic collective established to identify the challenges and business opportunities. The formation of such teams is crucial to ensuring that knowledge management is implemented effectively and accurately. Since the activities of these teams must align with the organization's strategic objectives, the main purpose of this study is to suggest a dynamic strategy map for the knowledge team. To achieve this aim, we integrate the concept of system dynamics and the balanced scorecard. Initially, the measures related to the knowledge teams' performance are identified then with respect to the time-delays, the cause-and-effect relationships among them are depicted. The findings of present study assist managers and policy-makers facing complex and dynamic domains.
