One third of jack up accident have been associated with foundation problems [1]. Accurate assessment of the soil data is conducted to determine input parameter and realistic foundationbehavior with considering nonlinearity. In this paper, the structural model is represented in detail in the nonlinear program” USFOS”,taking into account all nonlinearities due to wave – structure- spud can- soil interaction. The maximum responses were calculated using nonlinear deterministic analysis. Thenstatistical responses of jack up were determined using spectrum model described byparameters of regular waves. The results of both techniques are compared
