Abstract:
Organizations and large companies consider Employee’s job Satisfaction” is an important factor for growth. The aim of our study is to define suitable models of evaluating of Factors affecting on employee’s job Satisfaction. The method is based upon Fuzzy multiple criteria decision making (FMCDM) and Fuzzy quality function deployment (FQFD). Fuzzy decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATAL) method, a useful group decision making tool, has been used to select of the more important Factors. The relative weightings of each group of employees were determined by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) technique. In this research, fuzzy QFD is used for employees as customers, employee’s expectations as customer’s wants and services and rewards as technical specifications. A case study is given to illustrate the utilization of the proposed approach at this paper in Arak (shazand) petrochemical company (ARPC).
