A LOCAL PETROV-GALERKIN MESHLESS METHODBASED ON RADIAL BASIS FUNCTIONS FORPOISSON EQUATION

In this paper an e cient and new type of the meshlesslocal Petrov-Galerkin methods based on the radial basis functions,is formulated and well-used to obtain approximate solution of animportant physical problem, the two-dimensional poisson equation.To illustrate the e ciency and accuracy of this method a numericalexample is included. The presented results through the table and gure show the validity of the method.
